Or would, if he hadn’t suddenly died in 2009 from an utterly non-violent sudden acute allergic reaction to heavy metals (to whit : lead), which happened while he was in church. Our staff doctors opine the reaction was probably caused by his exposure to a quasi-lethal doses of lead during his \*other \*attempted shooting, back in 1993. ---

Well, we don’t have to assume the person or persons who beat him up in prison knew why he’d been arrested and were taking retribution on that basis. It’s not impossible that a guy who do what he was charged with would mouth off in prison and get into a fight as a result. ---
