Aug 2nd 2019 Senator Kevin Cramer of North Dakota is holding up the nomination of a budget official because he wants WALL contract information released to his campaign donor, the owner of a construction company that he prefers get WALL contracts. The Army Corps of Engineers has told him that they can’t release the contract information because it contains proprietary information provided by other bidders. > **[Sen. The thing that struck me about the speech yesterday is 1) he was obviously reading something someone else wrote, and 2) he sounded like he was reading in a hostage tape. Other than the word “monster,” he had no inflection whatsoever or any indication he understood the words he was reading.
