She only resigned as governor of Alaska; I doubt we’ve seen the last of her, unfortunately. I’d like to know why she quit before I decide if it’s stupid or not. ---

Judging from her history, it’s probably going to lead to a whole bunch of bad ideas. Also, it’s not so good for Alaska. It’s right after she started lying about how much food some towns had… ---

I got a little chuckle this evening while I waited for my sandwiches at Quizno’s. I was leafing through a copy of the _Orange County Register_, when I came across a little item saying that Dubya was going to celebrate the Fourth of July in a small town in Oklahoma. A woman organizing the event said “This shows his character. He’s not too good for the common people.” 😃 😃 _YOU SAID IT, LADY!_ :D:D:D:D:D ---

I prefer to look at it as a herd running off the cliff. The smart ones will stop short and, after some re-branding, inherit the party. I have been accused of being an eternal optimist, though. ---
