I don’t think any state in the union requires any particular blood alcohol level to charge a DUI/DWI (generally the same offense, with different names). If the officer can tell you’re intoxicated, that’s enough. 0.08% is just the level where it doesn’t matter how impaired you look or act, you’re AUTOMATICALLY considered drunk. ---

If he’s not showing symptoms, he doesn’t need a test. The bonus is that, if he is sick, the disease may advance far enough that they can’t save him by the time he admits it. ---

I’ve said several times in the past three years that I didn’t want Trump dead but rather very much alive, sitting in prison, contemplating his life choices. Right now, though – especially since he’d most likely just come up with a cockamamie reason to blame Hillary instead – I’d take croaking from Covid19 through his own ego denying he has it as an alternative. Bonus points if he spreads it among his cronies. ---

According to the article on the emergency sick leave bill, it was blocked because Lamar Alexander wanted the federal government to “foot the bill.” If that really is the only objection to it, then hopefully it should pass in short order with one simple change? ---

It’s not that I’m that invested in Trump’s well-being, but if he does have the virus - which I put at about 50/50 right now - I really don’t want him to die. At least not until after he gets curb-stomped in the election in November. After that, I really don’t care what happens to him. ---
