You mean the “wag the dog, nation building” stuff? I believe he’s referring to the idea that when Democrats take military action, Republicans accuse them of having ulterior motives[sup]1[/sup], or of entangling us in unstable political situations as “peacekeepers”[sup]2[/sup].

Williamson County _is_ a very wealthy county. It’s But not everyone in the county is wealthy: about 12% of children in the county qualify for free or reduced-price meals, and many don’t get full meals if they don’t get them as school. But I guess if they’re hungry, Kookogey’s solution is ‘let them eat cake!’
The desire to feed children is now a “perverse incentive.” :rolleyes:

The usual outing aside, he was at a stop sign, then went into reverse and backed up _seventy feet_ and hit a car? How drunk do you have to be to go that far in reverse without noticing?

It wasnt’ my impression that he didn’t notice. I inferred that it was intentional; but I could be wrong. I mean if he was at a stop sign, he would have already been in forward gear so he would have had to shift into reverse on purpose.

[Here’s another story and news video about the incident](http://www.click2houston.com/news/Video-shows-talk-show-host-inside-gay-bar-on-night-of-hit-and-run/-/1735978/8796136/-/70wedp/-/), and it strongly suggests some kind of coverup by the investigating police. Supposedly, several witness gave statements to the police at the time saying they recognized Berry at the wheel of the SUV, but when police presented the results of the investigation to prosecutors, those statements were not included. The video also contains snips of the bar’s surveillance cameras showing Berry, but there’s not much of interest otherwise.
And yes this guy is a racist wackaloon. He recently tweeted that he’s stopped watching the NBA because it’s been taken over by “chinamen”, and apparent reference to Jeremy Lin.
