Jimmy Smith, (R)Florida, has authored a bill requiring ALL state employees be drug tested.
Oh, wait. Not all. Politicians are exempt, because the testing would violate their rights, he thinks. Maybe the First Amendment? No, the Fourth? OK, that one!

I think I’m going to just say that if you’re a Republican official of any sort, you should just get all your conservative friends to remove you from their list of people they forward racist jokes to. Also, Fluke wasn’t testifying about her lusty, wanton desire for sex. She was talking about a friend of hers who needed it to control a medical condition.
But go on and read the article. The quotes from him just get better and better!

There’s another article somewhere where a dude argues that because a student claimed it costs 3000 for three years of birth control PILLS without a prescription, that it means that she’s having sex four times a day because that’s what CONDOMS would cost.

Don’t know if this little gem has popped up in this thread (I can’t go back and read 116 pages) but Nebraska is considering making this a law.
