The problem with decision-by-coin-flip is that somebody has to outline the decision. Sure, invading Iraq might have been decided by, “heads we invade, tails we don’t.” It might also have been decided by, “heads we invade Iraq, tails we invade China.” ---

Why do all of these foreign Congressmen insist on sticking their noses into DC business, anyway? Jesus…if you want to experiment with city council level politics, resign your goddamn Congressional seat and go home and RUN FOR CITY COUNCIL… People on the Right like to say that the states are like 50 separate civics laboratories, but all of them seem to want to do their experimenting in the District. ---
