That depends. What race are the parents?

Really, though, we tried that already and it didn’t end well, especially since the partial people could not vote. Much like a fetus. Unless it will vote Republican. Then they will lower the voting age to conception.

News flash: A Republican has a smart idea – [reform copyright law to make it benefit all of society instead of just greedy corporations](http://thinkprogress.org/economy/2012/11/19/1217271/republican-study-committee-flip-flops-on-copyright-reform-in-24-hours/) – but is forced by the Republican establishment to retract it within 24 hours.

“Unskewed Polls” guy Dean Chambers [has doubled down on teh stoopid](http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/268963-unskewed-polls-founder-sets-up-site-claiming-obama-stole-the-election):

According to the website, Democratic ballot stuffing was the reason Obama carried the critical swing states of Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Florida.

[This is a week old](http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/11/13/allen-west-georgia-gop_n_2122407.html), but I didn’t see it mentioned and it gave me the giggles:

A new stupid idea from WorldNetDaily, that bastion of objective reporting: [“How Obama can be stopped in Electoral College”](http://www.wnd.com/2012/11/how-obama-can-be-stopped-in-electoral-college/).

Nah, if the fetus is a person when there is a miscarriage a death certificate will be required, and a $500 casket for a dozen cells or so. And a pathology report. Coroners, start buying really tiny scalpels.
Maybe this is really a plot by the funeral industry. I can see the show now - Six Inches Under.
