What the hell was that? And what’s with all the gunshots? “Content-free” is right.

Is this the Republican default since 9/11? Just keep everybody scared all the time, because frightened people can be persuaded to vote against their own self interests?

Not just content free but logic and plot free. I’m surre it’s supposed to mimic the trailer of a horror movie, but Jeez, it makes no sense at all.

So to summarize: The government put American lives at risk by not providing health care in this country.
Oh, and the government will put American lives at risk if it provides health care in this country.

[Republican health care bill to increase coverage will not increase coverage. It _will_ shave 68 billion off of the deficit. As compared to the Democrat’s plan, which is projected to shave 104 billion from the deficit.](http://voices.washingtonpost.com/ezra-klein/2009/11/congressional_budget_office_th.html)

You gotta give them credit. It is much better than their last proposal, The Road to Recovery, which was such an embarrassment it can no longer be found on their site. Luckily, my google-fu finally came through and you can no longer hide embarrassments since the internet remembers everything. [See page 6 for the GOP plan for healthcare last March.](http://www.docstoc.com/docs/5093057/GOP-Road-to-Recovery)

It’s something that appeals to their stupid constituents who are too stupid and lazy to question it, like that “Amen” ditz in Frostillicus’s link, or anyone who went to the teabagging events for anything other than a free ride and a day out.

If you’re talking about the new GOP Healthcare plan: It’s stupid because their answer to the Democrat’s plan to increase coverage and, perhaps cut the deficit, does not increase coverage and cuts the deficit less than the plan they are against.

Stupid Repubican: After 10 months of studying this terrible, awful, no-good plan, we have come up with our own plan-- even more terrible and awfuller!

If you’re talking about the old GOP Healthcare plan: There was no plan. There was no budget. There was no numbers. There were no proposals. There was NOTHING except circles with lines leading to other circles encasing a platitude. That budget was beyond stupid and jumped directly into open-head wound brain malfuction.

There is no way I can respond to this without mispronouncing Mr Boner’s name.
