They took LSD or shrooms and went into a bad trip. Now they are hallucinating body horror. The pattern of many repeating figures spread over a spherical or dome-shaped field of vision is characteristics of the visual effects of these psychedelic substances. Once this pattern is activated, their obsessions may fill in the visual content and take them into a bad trip like the right-wing radio guy or whoever thought up that sicko shit. ---
