We desperately need to have unwanted, malformed children being born out of wedlock to crack mamas. It has a heartbeat! Birth it, and God’s will be done. What? Care for the child? Provide medical care, food, and a home? Woah. God says birth the child, not take care of it afterward. Mommy can handle it in between hooking and snorting coke. I hear such positions are lucrative. ---

[Here](http://www.ncleg.net/Sessions/2013/Bills/House/HTML/H34v1.html)’s the bill in question. I was a bit confused by the article (how would criminalising exposing nipples for the purpose of sexual gratification stop topless protests?) but I see there are different sections addressing each issue. ---

At first I thought you’d linked to _The Onion_. Unlike much of the recent nonsense, I see that this bill is expected to pass. Give them a little credit, though. If the woman can prove her exposure was not for the “purpose of arousing or gratifying sexual desire,” then the penalty is reduced to just 30 days in jail. ---
