But the best one was: “Russell is a hero! While many of us bigots realize that we are a dying lot, and that we should keep our old-fashioned and ignorant opinions to ourselves, Russell speaks out loudly, and proudly, for racists and bigots that are in the closet and too afraid to make their opinions known. I can’t decide if these particular conservatives are Stupid or Very, Very Smart. Who knows? Maybe Perriello can help them out by setting up special areas nearby where they can protest. Call them … oh, … I don’t know … something catchy and slightly patriotic sounding. How about “Free Speech Zones?” Nah. You’re right. That’s stupid. ---

I can see their point, apparently Periello’s office is at the top of a mountain that can only be accessed with the help of local sherpas and require three weeks acclimation at a base camp. And don’t even get me started on his hollowed out volcano lair. ---

There’s a big difference between the gentle, rolling hills of the Appalachian mountains and the steep, sharp inclines of…well, where ever it is that you’d need sherpas (Nepal?) but if there are pretty teabaggers there, he might give it a go. ---
