If you’re wondering how the GOP nutcases get elected, Robinson is a great example. I live in Oregon, and Robinson has run for Congress in recent elections. He had a TON of TV and radio ads, and they made him sound so reasonable and pro-science that I would have been tempted to vote for him if I hadn’t watched a _Rachel Maddow_ show where she exposed his loony beliefs. ---
