GOP Congresscritter thinks increasing the minimum wage to $10 per hour would make a hamburger cost $20. Realistically, the cost of a burger might go up 5 to 10%. The piece says costs for employee turnover would decrease, but I really doubt that the extra couple of bucks an hour would prevent a college grad now working at McDonalds to forgo switching to a job in his or her field of study. ---
