[Stephen Colbert’s news show](http://www.colbertnation.com/full-episodes/wed-november-13-2013-blind-boys-of-alabama) reports that Philip Steel of Deer Trail, Colorado is now issuing drone-hunting licenses. Asked to give a specific threat posed by drones flying over the U.S.A., he suggested that _ **“drones could be used to enforce Obamacare.”** _ ( :smack: – you can’t make this stuff up.) The Deer Trail Town Council split on Steel’s proposed ordinance, so the matter has been referred to voters. ---
