I never heard of this guy until yesterday’s TRMS, but I think he may be onto something. Utah State Sen. Chris Buttars (R-Utah), thinks the way to improve Utah is to reduce the amount of education its children receive. Nah, it’s the same philosophy as NCLB - destroying the educational system. Got rid of 12th grade? Great. You know, after a couple years we all learn that 11th grade is pretty much a blow-off year.
