I’d argue that any standard worth actually adhering to would cause that. D’Souza is a Malkinesque racial token hack who hasn’t had an original or, arguably, GOOD idea since the day he was born. ---

On second thought, they might not if the parents are with them, they are unlikely to break apart families over some point of law. They are big on family values down there.
