But I will note that you assumed that men are usually those who hire and negotiate salary, which may not be reasonable, and then you presume that all men want to pay women less than other men, or that men are inherently better negotiators. I don’t know if we should count Rush Limbaugh for the purposes of this thread. Yes, he is a Republican. Yes, he’s stupid. But every single thing he says counts as something we can cite for this thread. It reminds me of the “scummer of the week” segment on my local radio station. They had to throw out the child molesters because the child molesters won every single week. Rush Limbaugh should be tossed out of consideration because he’s never once said anything resembling a rational thought. ---
