I found an active live feed, it looks like a couple dozen people walking through a park. I think some of them are just people walking through a park, though.

Maybe there are millions in the bathroom.

One or two times in my life I’ve run across church groups who all had matching t-shirts with bible verses on them (just the Book Chapter:verse(s)) . Each time I smiled, wondering how easy it would be to t-shirt post something horrible that way. Ezekiel 23:30 is a perfect example, and one I was not familiar with. Thanks for the addition.

He has more than one criterion? I’m not sure that, “Looking around, I’m pretty sure that I’m not going to get beaten badly” counts as a criterion. It’s more a meta-criterion.

Not really. Standard East Coast summertime weather. You get heavy localized downpours, but they’re typically fairly short. So you might get 2-4 inches of rain and some local flooding. The local papers get to run photos of people kayaking down Main street in the harder hit areas.

Still, if you’re going to have a revolution and a few inches of rain discourages the masses, they’re probably not all _that_ discontented.

And quite frankly, that would make as much sense as anything: if you remove from office the bastards they decry, the government would, in theory, follow the natural line of succession, the new president being … Senator Patrick Leahy, D-VT. Let me see, what does healthcare look like in Vermont?

I just adore the weather rationalization: Sure, hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions, of patriots walked, drove, flew, bussed, cabbed to DC from all across the nation to take back their country, and then? “Oh, wait Mabel! It’s raining! I guess we’d better go to Walmart instead!”

Actually, the winter the Americans spent at Valley Forge was relatively mild. Read about the winters at Morristown, NJ

Mt Vernon. Duh. I meant Valley Forge. :smack:

But I’m talking about packing up and going home, they stayed there. With no shoes and little food.
