The new Common Core curriculum may or may not be a good thing. I’m sure there is cogent debate on it’s merits. Doesn’t the [Chemical-terrorism Vulnerability Information Authorized User](http://www.dhs.gov/chemical-terrorism-vulnerability-information) certification cover that? I think. ---
