[Mitch McConnell would vote to repeal the ACA](http://talkingpointsmemo.com/news/mcconnell-says-ky-exchange-unconnected-to-obamacare) if he is the new leader of the Senate, but says that the Kentucky state exchanges are completely separate and the 400000 some odd Kentuckians currently enrolled would not be affected by the repeal. ---
