Or it’s possible that Sen. Ayotte is part of the “just detain them indefinitely in Gitmo and never bother bringing them to trial” brigade. ---

Don’t you get it? By complaining that Obama is going to Mirandize him, they can browbeat him into not Mirandizing him, at which point they can complain that Obama didn’t Mirandize him and demand his impeachment. ---
