Askthepizzaguy, as if it needs to be said again, your commentary and analysis is spot on and as hilarious as usual. Nothing really to add other than… I’m very happy that the courts are finally starting to agree that the arguments against gay marriage are as insane as the gay community has known they are for a long time now. ---

Except I’m pretty sure the ‘warming trend’ on Mars disappeared, and it was just a blip, not a trend, and, of course, Mars is about 8 imperial fuckfulls colder than Earth. But other than that, he’s got a point. ---

We’ve tried to have some fun with the association over the years; the show’s stars used to make appearances at our Black Gold Festival, etc. My favorite thing is that in the same way other places give you a Key to the City or make you an Honorary Citizen, we make you a Duke (or Duchess) of Hazard. I know the Senator in question here, and while he’s generally inclined to toe the GOP/coal company line (and may even believe some of it), he’s a decent guy and not usually a moron. I think he’s turned off the wrong part of his brain for a minute here. ---
