Well, this is pretty pathetic, but I could imagine someone like and Ozzy could make it sound convincing. One day after the Republicans in the House vote to sue Obama for issuing Executive Orders, they refused to vote for the Republican leadership’s version of a bill to deal with the situation on the border. So Boehner says, “[Obama can just issue an Executive Order to deal with the problem](http://thinkprogress.org/immigration/2014/07/31/3466389/boehner-tells-obama-take-executive-action-but-lawsuit/).” ---
