If you accidentally get someone killed due to some negligence, you can still be prosecuted, albeit for a lesser crime. I find it disheartening to think that they can’t charge the Michigan Republican party for something. Ignorance of the law, accidents, and an intern’s mistakes should still not be enough to get them off the hook :mad: ---
