Actually I’m now really curious to hear how this Jindal speech is recieved now. Quick google couldn’t find where this speech is being delivered. He’d better hope it’s a super sympathetic audience or it’s going to go very badly. The British reputation for politeness is overstated but we’ll generally hear someone out respectfully. But if someone starts telling us bare faced lies, all bets are off. ---

More intensive Googling revealed it to be taking place at the “Henry Jackson Society”, no I’d never heard of them either. Apparently a right wing think tank, so unless protesters turn up. Unlikely, I live in London, I pay attention to Political stuff, and I had no idea Jindal was here till I decided to browse the Dope 2 hours ago. He’s likely to deliver his speech unchallenged. Possibly a tabloid might get ahold of the story in the aftermath and be uncomplimentary, but he’s probably going to get away with it. ---

Um, I think Spanish speaking viewers will hear what they have to say, unless they speak ONLY Spanish in which case they are very unlikely to be voters anyway. ---
