Thats an Aussie term for what we Yanks call a pickup. And most of them there are the car/truck combos similar to the El Camino/Rancheros that use to be sold here in the US.

LPG cars run on liquid petroleum gas (or propane) rather than on petrol.

Haha! I was all prepared to think ‘Stupid American Yokel Blows Up His House’ until a came to ‘ute’. Then I knew it was an Aussie, and looked at the site again. Not to laugh at Australians, but it’s nice to know that Americans aren’t the only ones who pull boners.
