Maybe, rather than having it removed, she could just have it concealed with another tattoo. A battleship, perhaps, or a flaming Eye of Sauron. ---

Whatever the circumstances, lack of common sense or economic need, if you believe individuals have the right to do whatever they want with their bodies, this stunt by Ms Smith should neither offend or perplex you. I’ll to say ‘good for her’ out loud and keep my ‘what a moron’ thoughts to myself. ---

I’m more amazed they spent nearly **seven** hours trying to talk her out of it. “It looks really stupid” “I know, I need the money” “But it really, really looks stupid” “I need the money” repeat…. for seven hours? ---

I don’t think it’s right to laugh at this woman. I pity her. This company obviously took advantage of a person who’s not the sharpest tool in the shed just for publicity. Sure, it takes a pretty dim person to tattoo a logo on their forehead, but what kind of fucked up asshole gives them the option to do it? Fucking sadists. Also, Gully Foyle had NOMAD tattooed on his forehead. ---

Considering that they bought the option that she’d put up on eBay, I really can’t put much blame on them. At the time they bought the option - there were enough bids that the woman was going to have **something** tattooed there. And they paid ten times what the current bidding had been. I don’t particularly think much of the woman’s reasoning, nor of the casino for buying the ‘advertising.’ However, I don’t think that the casino deserves more than a :rolleyes: for their actions in this. (I’d nominate the woman for a :wally, but that would really hurt on a fresh tattoo.) ---

Oh, I agree they’re getting their money’s worth. That’s not to say that I am all that impressed with them for anything but their media savvy. IIRC they’re also the outfit who bought the Virgin Mary in grilled cheese, and the ghost cane on eBay, too. If it’s a schtick that works for 'em, fine. I just would prefer them to have stayed with relatively harmless things. :dubious: ---

Anyway, the egg (or something) will be on her face when [GoldenPalace.com](http://GoldenPalace.com) folds - perhaps she can tattoo a 404 error message on her cheek or something. Probably best not bother with the 404 - if the casino folds, I expect some other enterprise will snap up ownership of the domain and turn it into an extreme urine fetish site or somethng.
