[BBC link.](http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/8592190.stm) 25 dead, not sure how many injured. Cause is not yet known. Do we have any Dopers there? I know a couple living there that we met in Thailand over the summer - they’re all right, the girl normally takes the subway to work but she took a cab today, thank God. ---

Wow. Scary. Wonder who did this- Chechen rebels, or Islamist extremists, or what? EDIT: The AP and the BBC now say 37 injured in two blasts. ---

One station is right under the headquarters of the FSB (basically, Russian intelligence) near the Lubyanka.
