Suggest fitness/home gym equipment for a $75 budget?

It’s the ponytail. Completely changes the shape of his face.

LOL I knew the poneytail was a bit too much.

My bands are the narrower style. I started with what PT gave me. The elastic deteriorates over time. (just like rubber bands). They’ll occasionally pop during use. Wakes everyone up in PT.

I like them because they don’t weigh down my luggage on trips and I get a good workout.

I forgive you the width. Not sure about the man-bun.

So @elfkin477 have you decided on something yet?

No, not yet. Anyone got any ideas about improving balance?

The balance disc I mentioned?

Sorry, I missed it. It got kind of buried amongst things that require more upper body strength.

I would suggest a good class, book (or video) on yoga which shows basic positions and advanced progressions. But this is not really my thing. I am sure there are web digital equivalents too. This need not involve any equipment though mats seem popular.

So since this thread was bumped … @elfkin477 did you ever use that $75? What did you decide on? How have you been doing using the bike and the whatever else it is you got?

I bought an elliptical that arrived on Wednesday but nothing suggested in this thread that sounded like I would actually use it ultimately qualified (due to an insistance that it provides a full body workout) so I ended up not using up the full amount. I will probably buy a balance board with my own money at some point, though.

Aw to not being to use the full amount but yay that your elliptical arrived!

The club workouts I do are all full body workouts. They take about 32 minutes.
