This came to mind because of the QI thread (I love QI ) as well as the massive amount of traveling I’ve done in the last 2 days. I like _Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me_. I’ve listened to _Car Talk_ for ages, since before we had podcasts. What else ought I be downloading? ---

I’ve been listening to **The Nerdist** podcast a lot lately. Mostly pop-culture stuff with a heavy slant toward the nerd/geek/fandom crowd. They get good guests–Nathan Fillion, the \*Community \*cast (individually), Robert Kirkman (creator of _The Walking Dead_), Adam Savage from _Mythbusters_, Bill Maher, Craig Ferguson, Simon Pegg–to name a few. The show definitely lives up to its name, but the main host, Chris Hardwick, is an experienced entertainer/performer and he keeps things rolling. ---

If you register at [Stitcher](http://www.stitcher.com/sign_in.php) you can tell it what you like (such as Wait Wait…) and it will give you suggestions of similar things. ---

[Pop My Culture](http://www.popmyculturepodcast.com/), with Cole Stratton and Vanessa Ragland. I also listen to the _Nerdist_ podcast, and especially like one of the new ones they’ve started up from Riki Lindhome called [Making It](http://www.nerdist.com/tag/making-it/). And then there’s _Kevin Pollak’s Chat Show_, which I watch on YouTube but is a popular audio podcast too. ---

> **[Podcasts on Overthinking It](https://www.overthinkingit.com/category/podcast/)** > > Overthinking It hosts podcasts including the flagship Overthinking It Podcast. Love everything about it except the closer–the lead guy wants everyone to say the line in unison and they never do.
