Suggestions for bike shopping

      • Yea, but any material object can get stolen, lots of cheaper bikes have them now–Wal-Mart locally sels $300 bikes with them.

…And disk brakes stop way better than rim brakes. Even the cheapest disk brakes stop harder than the most-expensive rim brakes, and disk brakes lose very little of their stopping power in the rain. With rim brakes, if they get wet they barely have any stopping power at all. If you buy any bicycle now that has them available, I heavily suggest you pick one that at least uses a disk brake on the front wheel, if not both.

My husband is lying on the couch with his little laptop and I can see a bicycle on it. He seems to be bike shopping.

I don’t think he needs bicycle #5. But if he wants it, okay.

Maybe for our 25th anniversary? Maybe I can get some diamond earrings?

Maybe you could start sneaking them to the pawn shop one at a time…

Seriously. 5 bikes??

I’m up to 6 bikes and 1 trike. And I’m always shoppoing for my next one. :o
