Touring the card game.  
Some of the mechanical nail puzzles and the like are great.  
Headache was one of our family favorites.

[Mancala](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mancala), for all ages. There’s nothing quite so humbling as having a five year old beat you at a game that’s just picking up a handful of pebbles and dropping them in cups.
