# Suggestions for Hosting Service

After beating my head against the wall with my current web hosting service’s customer service (or lack thereof) I’m going to be looking around for a new hosting service for my business.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

One caveat … They need to support [ASP.NET](http://ASP.NET). Ideally, I would like them to support Oracle databases as well, but that’s not a deal breaker.

And also, please, have personal stories you can tell … not just someone you saw on the web and looks reliable. I need to KNOW from your own experience that they are reliable and have excellent customer service.
