Brynda and I are going to be married in just over two weeks and we would like to make a couple of CDs to play at the wedding. We currently have about one CD worth of music but we need some more. So I turn to you, People of the Dope. Suggest some good songs for a romantic/wedding CD. It doesn’t matter if they are old or new, slow or fast or anything else. Yeah, congrats! Here’s a few we had at our wedding (which means they are all oldies): With You I’m Born Again (Ashford and Simpson) Everlasting Love (You’ll Never be Denied)–U2 did a cover, but the most well-known version is by a singer whose name escapes me Endless Love (Diana Ross/Lionel Ritchie) That’s What I Like About You (The Ramones)–because you can’t be syrupy the _entire_ night ---

Here’s one from an unusual source: an acapella ballad by Sweet Honey in the Rock entitled “Sometime” on their Breaths CD and maybe on one or more of their compilation CDs as well. ---
