Well, there was a bit of taste straight from the wall, but it was worse from the fridge. Maybe cooler water made the taste seem stronger? Anyways, the whole point was that the correct filter actually…filtered. The wrong filter was apparently not actually doing any filtering. It was a matter of a fast-fill vs. a slow-fill filter.
