Yay **Butters & Louie** **Gottie** you can always paint the **lawn**! Still no winning lottery ticket. I think I have identified one major flaw in my plan. I don’t buy the tickets. Hmmm. Survived big Town Halls at irk last night and today, despite technical glitch this morning. We had an infinite echo in the sound. It just kept repeating into infinity. I finally figured whose dial in it was and silenced them remotely, since they were ignoring my request to hang up or mute. Ah, technology. Tonight shall be Roasted Piggie, with mashed N.O.T. (perhaps someone shall explain that name to me someday). I still want to cut my foot off. DH says then I shall just have phantom nerve pain instead. I believe I might chance it. Stoopid leg. And my Fritos are stale. :mad: So goeth Wednesday. 😛 ---

Well what a day. A few years ago, with domestic turmoil and economic downturn I had to short sale my house, which hurt a lot. I loved that place. When it was over I was free of the primary mortgage but the secondary lien holder hit me for $50k to be garnished from my wages, after child support - which frankly means I’ll be paying for that house for at least the next 10 years or so. Fast forward to this week I met with a financial planner to try to clean up my mess as best I can. She suggested I gather some data on the lien and other things to see if I can get myself in a better spot. So today I went online to check on the lien on the MD Judiciary Search… and found it was terminated a year ago as _Satisfied._ Meaning I am no longer in debt and haven’t been for a year. Explains why the credit card offers have been flying in. I never noticed it on my paychecks because a) I don’t get printed paystubs and b) after Child Support very little was left over for the lien. Clearly I am going to look into this further but it appears the cloud hanging over my head disappeared sometime last year… and I never noticed. ---

So I survived work, even if it was trending towards irkiness. I go to select my new seat and the arena,come home, and another note on my door letting me know the power is being cut. I don’t want to run the oven with no A/C. Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up, caffeinated, and purtified for irk, so no _YAWN_. ‘Tis 71 Amurrkin out with a predicted high of 93, sunny, and hawt for the day. The line of storms that came through yestiddy evenin’ did some local damage. My neighbor has a big limb from a bradford pear tree blown down in her back yahd. In town, a number of trees are down, power was lost, and a steeple on a Methodist church was blown off. ICK! We’re goin’ to MickeyDs for brekkie, bein’ the gourmets that we are. I hear rumblin’s from the bedroom which means OYKW is about ready to go. Happy Thursday Y’all! ---
