I’ve always been a fan of sunglasses with circular or near-circular frames, but I’ve never been able to find any that aren’t crazy expensive. I found a pair that were oval, but acceptably round with thin frames at a sporting goods store back home, and I used them for nearly three years until a couple of weeks ago. They broke while I had them in my jacket and I stuffed it into my luggage. I’d repair them with epoxy, but the frames are so thin that I’d rather not walk around with what looks like a booger on my glasses. Anyway, I’m looking for frames in the style of [Ozzy](http://www.lookalikes-susanscott.co.uk/images%2002_04/Ozzy%20Osbourne%20-%20Dean%20Holt.jpg), [John Lennon](http://bmifoundation.org/images/PhotoLennon_1.jpg), or anime characters the likes of [Vash the Stampede](http://www.teamace.co.uk/Vash.jpg) . Unforunately, it’s tough to find glasses like that for less than a couple of guys named Andy could get me. I want to be able to use these and not be worry about a little bit of wear and tear, or not be out a hundred bucks if they break. Anyone got any leads? ---

Well you can’t have mine!! I still have the two pairs I had back in the 80s. The style name was even “Lennon”! One is sort of a faux speckled-brown tortoise-shell color; they were my regular glasses for quite a long time. The others are gold with brown tinted lenses and will serve as my prescription shades until they fall apart, which hopefully will be never. ---

I find them at discount stores like Target all the time. They’re utter crap, of course, and become scratched if you breathe on them heavily, but they’re around $10
