I’m over at the coast most weekends, and people flock to the beach when it’s clear in order to watch the sunset. But I like to watch the moonset. Last night was perfect. There was a fingernail sliver of a moon, turned orange as it set, and no fog to be seen. I had an early dinner and then walked down to the ocean and hung out at nice little spot where almost no one ever goes even in the daytime. What a magical thing to watch.
