# Supagroup - know these guys?  Excellent Big Dumb Rock!

You ever hear of Supagroup? A band out of New Orleans, I think, although a couple of them came from Alaska. A buddy of mine who went to SXSW came back with a track of theirs called “Ready to Go” - I’d swear it was AC/DC off Highway to Hell - you know, that hidden track right after Shot Down in Flames and right before Get it Hot? Yeah, that one.

It is smoking good - big guitars, hooky riffs, obnoxiously sexist tongue-in-cheek lyrics. Big Dumb 3-chord rock that I can NOT get out of my head. Makes me want to drive really, really fast.

If you like charging AC/DC style rock, find this one on iTunes immediately.

They come through Indy quite often. I’ll have to make a point of checking them out next time.

The couple of tracks I have heard rock harder than the Darkness - but not heavy, more hard. Again, really like AC/DC…
