I did break into laughter at one point in the NFL ad with the video game players running rampant through the house … “Rest in power, Mee-Maw!” ---

I was at a SB party so I didn’t pay too close attention to the commercials. But a couple “event-style” SB commercials I did catch, like a Doritos commercial that featured animated talking animals, and curiously another commercial that also featured animated animals, this time a ‘Meta’ commercial with Chuck E. Cheese style animatronic animals that got surreal, both had a sad “try-hard” feel to them, like they were laboring to stand out and be noticed: Look at Me! Look at Me! Sorry, got to take a pee and get some more snacks. ---

It’s [a real product](https://goop.com/heretic-this-smells-like-my-vagina-candle/p/) in Gwenneth Paltrow’s Goop line and that was her taking a bite out of it, covering up part of the label. Very funny! (Also anything Jennifer Coolidge does it very funny) ---

OK, goofing around on my usual time-wasting sites I came across one of those '10 best SB commercial" articles and watched the Paul Rudd / Seth Rogan Lays commercial, which I had seen last night but paid maybe 1% attention to at the time.
