Polamalu should have been nailed with a flag for launching with his helmet on that TD catch. Just saying. ---

Is it just me or are the commercials really fucking weak this year? What was with the midget Darth Vader? I did not get that? ---

Personally I thought that was one of the better ones so far…I agree that the others have been pretty lame, although the Audi R8 commercial was pretty good too. ---

Well, at least the bleeding’s stopped… Roethlisberger was trying to throw that out of bounds. He got extremely lucky that it was caught be a guy in a white jersey. ---

Steelers finally got something going at the end of the half. Roethlisberger needs to stop throwing it to the defense. That’s the difference in the game. ---

If the NFL wants to be even remotely consistent that’s what the call should be. He very obviously left his feet and led with his helmet into the helmet of a defenseless WR. It was basically the same as the call on Merriweather’s hit on Heap in the Pats game earlier this year. You can disagree with the NFL’s decision to police this stuff and the rules, but based on how they’ve been talking all year long that was a text book foul. Seems like a crazy number of guys are getting hurt falling to it and seemingly routine plays, like the damn thing is frozen solid.
