I’ve been thinking about it and I’m pretty sure I would do Fergie if she really wanted me to. She did not sound great on “Sweet Child 'O Mine,” (Simon Cowlel would have savaged her for that) but I would not hold that against her on sheer humpability. ---

Does anyone actually LIKE the Black Eyed Peas? Or did they just need a break from 60 year old rockers and this was the blandest option available? Anyway, this is fucking terrible. The music is boring, and none of these people can sing. ---

Halftime show stinks. Packers need a clock eating drive for a score to open the second half. Are they gonna start drafting fans to play in the secondary? They gotta be running low on DBs by now… Oh…and I kinda liked seeing Roseanne hit by a log. ---

The Black Eyed Peas are not exactly my cup of tea, but I don’t think they were _bad_. I think they wanted a change from 'safe, white, 60+ year-old classic rockers, and they certainly got that 🙂 I do think they need to fire whoever was mixing the sound for the first 5 minutes of that show, though. ---

Everybody slamming AutoTune for this half time show has to understand that this is an effect. will.i.am is not simply unable to sing on key, this is the machine used to an extreme extend to create a computer-like voice. I thought it was really mind-blowing visually - all the dancers with remote controlled LED costumes? That’s pretty damn cool in my book. ETA: @Suburban Plankton: Yes, whoever missed Fergie’s first notes is going to have a fun time explaining this… ---

Everything about it sonically was a disaster. A bunch of Steelers fans in here just cheered and laughed when they announced Woodson was too hurt to play. ---
