Orlando Franklin is getting absolutely abused by the Seahawks defense. Whiffs a block on the screen, then gets pushed back into Manning by his guy, causing a pick-six. ---

I don’t know why the announcers never point this out, but if you watch Manning’s feet, he is hopping. Everytime he does this, he overthrows receivers and generally has a bad game. It seems to be tied to pressure of the moment. When Manning is playing well, he drops back smoothly and doesn’t have those little bunny hops. Watch when he goes back in the pocket. Yoh will see him hope 1-3 times As the Broncos fall further behind, the pressure on Manning only mounts. If he doesn’t get his feel under control, this game is over. I believe Jon Fox has noticed this, which is why Manning is throwing primarily WR screens. Keep the throws short, Manning won’t hop as much. ---
