Only thing I can think of is the device talked about [here](http://www.wired.com/wired/archive/10.09/vision_pr.html). While right now it’s in it’s infancy, I can see a point where it becomes good enough that tiny night vision cameras could be implanted into a person giving them “super eyesight”
