Ah, the Pit. It takes a special kind of attention whore to start your own Pit thread because you’re not getting enough attention in the other forums. You, **Trubie** are that special attention whore. Condescending attitudes are troublesome and annoying when they come from someone who has something to be condescending and pretentious about. You don’t. You seem to have staggered blindly through four years of “real” college without learning any communication skills. Your debate and reading comprehension is sub-par at best. You flaunt a superior “holier-than-thou” attitude at people who are better educated than you, and you’re clearly showing up for a battle of wits only half-armed. I’m not wearing my moderator hat at the moment, so speaking only as a long-time member of the community at the Straight Dope, let me say that you are an intolerant, intolerable, punk who brings nothing of value to the party. Your attitude stinks, you’ve made no effort to become a valued member of the SDMB, and you’ve consistently proven yourself to be a stinking heap of worthlessness. At least if you had a sense of humor you might be entertaining, but you appear to lack even that. I haven’t decided yet whether you’re a troll or simply an attention whore with no social skills whatsoever. But either way, you’re an idiot and I think we’ll be much better off after your departure. ---

So wait; she had to start her own pit thread \*about herself \*which pretty much takes the cake in terms of pathetic, yet we’re responding to her, so we’ve fallen into her trollish trap. Is she an evil genius or the saddest example of wasted human tissue ever? Also, what an odd and stupid issue to take one’s trollish stand on. ---

Ah, a pit thread for a moron. Excellent. Trubie, as I pointed out in the other thread, many of the members here went to good four-year schools. You really can’t base your argument on people being defensive because they feel insulted. You know, it’s not just that she’s talking out her ass that bothers me. I mean, if you have twelve degrees all from Harvard and Cambridge and Yale and you come on here and malign community colleges, whatever. I put a check in the “elitist prick” column and go about my business. But the elitist snobbery PLUS the grade school level grammar/spelling just really hits a nerve. ---

There should be a name for these kinds of internet incidents. What’s it call when someone hates a group of people for bizarre, baseless reasons but exhibits the traits of the stereotype they deplore? How can you call community college students “creak heads” yet not be able to form grammatically correct sentences? I don’t think that **Trubie** could possibly be so stupid- I think it’s performance art. ---
