Personally, I’m okay with releasing a pilot early, or even a short film depicting the character’s origin, just to give a broader audience a chance to learn the basic back story beforehand. If a short film of Wonder Woman’s origin (as well as the origins of any established secondary characters) was released well in advance of _Dawn of Justice_ (terrible title by the way) we needn’t waste time within the film itself. Wonder Woman just shows up and anyone who cares about her story can find it online or packaged with the inevitable DVD release.

(I mean, a short black youth for Pete Ross on TV was one thing. I even managed to stomach a chubby red-haired creep who initially bullied Clark and later ran an IHOP franchise in the movie But this is too much. Jimmy is core to the public awareness of the Superman Family, whereas “Pete Ross-_ **WHO?** _” is not.
Can’t they at least make JO a red-haired AA?)
