Most superhero movies satirize comic book superhero conventions. Even the X-Men took swipes at wearing yellow spandex. ---

I think Mel Brooks ought to do a spoof superhero movie. He’s already done Horror, Horse Opera, Space Opera, Silent, Amazing Detective, and Psychological Thriller/Suspense. He needs to crack the Superhero genre. ---

Diana Prince / Wonder Woman ducks into an alley and spins around, big flash of lights, only to have her appear in her underwear. “Gotta fix that!” cries Wonder Woman. Clark Kent / Superman ducks into a closet or phone booth, only to emerge in his underwear. “Damn, I thought I fixed that!” moans Superman. etc. etc. etc. ---
