You know, this might be about the best you could really do with this costume, nowadays. Not only are you having to deal with the baggage and the legacy of Christopher Reeve and decades of comic artists, but, honestly, the costume design is—well, I know how classic and iconic it is, but from a neutral standpoint, the thing’s gaudy. _AND_ if you try and change it too much, the public won’t stand for it. And if you _don’t_ change it at all, you might just end up with some shrimp in a cheesy blue leotard. ---

Good to see the tradition, of judgement being called on all things entirely based on a singular image, is still alive and well. ---

Or are you saying that if we saw it from a different angle the costume might look completely different? :dubious: ---

The costume in context may not look anywhere near as bad as some people are proclaiming, yes. ---

Or, like the molded rubber nipples on Batman’s last costume, they could look _far worse_ in context than what a still picture shows… ---
