Yes, it’s the season finale. But I believe tonight’s episode is actually called “Lucifer Rising”. Which…yeah. I’m preparing for tears.

So, predictions? Will Lucifer appear on screen in tonight’s finale?

I predict Sam’s body is being prepared to be Luci’s vessel (a pretty widespread assumption), so he may show up in Sam.

My SPN-friend has to finish her master’s thesis tonight (what?) so we have agreed to wait until tomorrow and watch it together then.
Le sigh. I have to wait another day.
I suspect we will see Sam with yellow eyes, though. I also heard a spoiler that
people will die. Well. It’d better not be Bobby is all I can say! It couldn’t possibly be Sam or Dean, we’ve already been there.

What is it with this show AND Lost fading to a white screen with black lettering at the end of their season finales?
I was hoping to see Lucifer at least briefly.

Lucifer free! Sam, Dean, and Castiel on the run from heaven! Ruby Dead! SAM AND DEAN LOVE EACH OTHER AGAIN!!!
NEXT SEASON IS GOING TO BE FUCKING AWESOME!!!
How are they going to do it? How is Kripke going to pull off the Prince of Darkness and the fucking apocolypse on a CW budget? How are they ever going to do a funny episode ever, EVER again? WHAT’S GOING TO HAPPEN AND WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR SEPTEMBER!
Ok, I’m going to stand over in the corner and jump up and down while squeeing for a while. When I become coherent again, I’ll be sure to have clearer thoughts and opinions on the subject.
…did Dean Winchester really say “BM”? Seriously? I know he can’t say ‘shit’, but ‘crap or dump’ would have worked. BM is what you say when you’re an old woman or a health care worker.

Yeah, I remember him saying something like that.
I missed good chunks of this season for technological reasons, so I’m going to have to really power through the dvds when they come out this summer to get caught up in time.
I sure miss the first Ruby, though. That actress did something terribly naughty to my wiggly bits…as did the daughter at the roadhouse. Whatever became of her?

Hot actresses don’t last long on Supernatural because there is a large population of Supernatural fans who are jealous females that love Sam or Dean or /. 😉 No woman is good enough for them, in their eyes. I personally liked Sarah from Season 1’s “Provenance” but we never see her again. Same with Dean’s ex when they dealt with the racist ghost thingy. Me being a hetero male, I REALLY wouldn’t mind seeing more recurring hot females, but that’s just me.

The Lost Island’s properties are beginning to affect the rest of the TV universe.
I can’t help thinking “Hey, that’s Kris from Wildfire” whenever I see Ruby. It’s a bit distracting.

I thought Lilith was pretty weanie for an arch-demon chick. Evil Willow on Buffy was scarier. Actually Goody-Two-Shoes Willow was scarier. I wanted a scary Lilith.
ETA: Oh, and Lilth’s teeth were too big. She looked like Jimmy Carter in drag.

I finally watched it.
OMG! I actually started yelling at my laptop screen when Sam checked his voicemail.
But I am happier than I’ve been at the end of an episode in a LONG time. Because Sam and Dean love each other again. Yaaaaayyyyy! Okay, it’s the apocalypse, but maybe there won’t be quite so much emo next season because they’ll be too busy fighting EVIL to have many roadside confessions and sparkly single tears of mainpain. One hopes.
BYE BYE, RUBY. Ha. You were a shitty actress.
I guess Castiel is going to be cast down or something for that. Which makes me a little concerned. A human Castiel is just going to encourage the slashers even more.
(I would like to see a strong woman who isn’t a bitch and isn’t evil on this show, though. I’m not sure how I feel about Anna, but a lot of other people seem to like her.)
